Removal Defense
We represent individuals in removal proceedings by identifying potential avenues for relief. We prepare relevant applications, file legal briefs and appear before the Immigration Judges in Honolulu.
Adjustment of Status
We assist individuals with the process of adjusting to permanent resident status (Green Card) for those eligible, such as spouses, parents and children of U.S. citizens and green card holders.
Affirmative Asylum
We assist individuals who are afraid to return to their home country due to violence, persecution and fear of future persecution. Affirmative asylum cases must be filed within one year of entering the United States to be viable, absent certain limited exceptions.
VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
We offer legal support to survivors of domestic violence and abuse, helping them secure legal status independently
of their abuser.
DACA Renewal
We help “Dreamers” - individuals without status who came to the United States at a young age - maintain their status through Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) renewals, ensuring that they can continue to live and work in the U.S. without fear of deportation.
U Visa
We assist victims of crimes who are cooperating with law enforcement in obtaining U Visas, which offer legal status and work authorization.
Consular Processing with Waiver
We assist individuals who need to process their immigration status abroad and apply for a waiver if they face certain inadmissibility issues.
Advance Parole
We assist individuals in applying for permission to re-enter the U.S. after traveling abroad while their immigration status is pending.
Naturalization
We guide eligible immigrants through the citizenship application process, helping them take the final step toward becoming U.S. citizens.
Document Replacement
We help community members replace lost or stolen immigration documents, especially documents lost in the Maui wildfires, including green cards, work permits, and visas.
